Chris Anderson takes his passion for personal training to an unmatched level. He prides himself on having a well-rounded background in the fitness and wellness world. Chris is truly practiced in the industry, with his journey in training beginning back in his high school days. Being a gifted soccer player (defender, for those in the know), he became interested in bulking up to support his role on the field. That experience sparked Chris’s curiosity for health and wellness, which ultimately led to his lifelong pursuit in supporting people on their fitness journey.
In the years since, Chris has gone on to work as a chiropractic assistant, learning a more holistic approach to health and wellness. While there, he sharpened his skills in therapeutic work and proper exercise positioning for pre-hab and rehab post-surgery, in addition to manual stretching and body work.
Combining his chiropractic experience with his personal trainer background, Chris draws on a variety of tools to help clients achieve their goals during sessions with him. His full circle support also includes nutrition guidance as he is a Certified Nutrition Coach as well.
When not in the gym, you can find Chris biking around Nantucket Island in search of new trails, tackling a new book from his list of must-reads, and of course, playing recreational soccer. Chris received his degree in Exercise Physiology from WVU, is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM), and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM). He’s looking forward to sharing his broad background and foundation with his clients, both current and new!
