Sam Madden – Personal Trainer

Sam Madden brings a fresh perspective to EZIA this summer as she is new to the team and just beginning her personal trainer journey. Sam is all about helping people create a more confident version of themselves. She loves seeing the same clients week after week, watching them progress. Personally, Sam enjoys HIIT training to keep the heart rate up while strengthening different muscle groups. And, be prepared to feel the burn if you’re training with Sam — when asked about her favorite exercises, she said lunges and Bulgarian split squats!
